Here comes the sun!

Good morning my lovely people, I am so happy to see the sun today. It's funny how just seeing the sun can help someones mood. I know that it's just a "star" but it affects so much in all of us. I am taking another step in making myself healthy this weekend, it's something that I have been doing for at least 30 years. It will be a struggle to stop but I have no choice anymore, yes, I have said this a million times in the last 30 years...I AM GOING TO QUIT. Yet, I always go back to it as my crutch but now with my disease/disorder it is more imperative that I quit. I wish you all a wonderful Saturday I know that I plan to enjoy the last few days of my vacation. I hope someone is reading this and knowing that they aren't alone.
